„Eine schwierige Geschichte. Die Lage der Unterkunft im Verhältnis zur Altstadt von Ferrara ist perfekt. 3m Decken, altes Haus, Holzdecken daher doch sehr hellhörig. Was aber wenn eine Familiensuite mit getrennten Schlafraum und voller Küche gebucht wird, man aber eine Juniorsuite bekommt. Die deutlich kleiner, keine voll bestückte Küche hat, kein Kochgeschirr Teller und ähnliches.. und auch keinen Esstisch. Darauf angesprochen wird patzig reagiert ... man könne ja stornieren, das wäre kostenfrei ...
