„Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy.“

„Struttura pulita e spaziosa, ottima la vicinanza con stazione dei treni e fermata dell'autobus. Da rivedere la carente illuminazione nella zona giorno. Suggerirei alla proprietà di dotare la cucina di un welcome kit soprattutto con l'acqua e volendo beni di prima necessità come sale e olio o qualcosa per la prima colazione (oltre alle capsule di caffè presenti). “

„Gordijn was te smal, geen enkele kleerhanger, slechte WIFI verbinding, geen bekers in de badkamer en er was een 1 persoonsbed en een weifelaar van 1.20. GEEN 2 persoonsbed dus en de laatste was van een bedroevende kwaliteit. Kraakte als de ziekte. Kortom zeker geen aanbeveling. En danheb ik het nog niet over de ontvangst gehad.“

„Eine schwierige Geschichte. Die Lage der Unterkunft im Verhältnis zur Altstadt von Ferrara ist perfekt. 3m Decken, altes Haus, Holzdecken daher doch sehr hellhörig. Was aber wenn eine Familiensuite mit getrennten Schlafraum und voller Küche gebucht wird, man aber eine Juniorsuite bekommt. Die deutlich kleiner, keine voll bestückte Küche hat, kein Kochgeschirr Teller und ähnliches.. und auch keinen Esstisch. Darauf angesprochen wird patzig reagiert ... man könne ja stornieren, das wäre kostenfrei ...
