„Tolles Apartment in Ruhiger Lage. Ca. 30 Min. zu Fuss vom Dom und ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss von Bahnhof Florenz entfernt. Ein kleiner Nachteil des Apartments ist die Ringhörigkeit. Wenn die Nachbarn nicht darauf Rücksicht nehmen, kann es störend sein zur späten Stunde. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Der Empfang am Anreisetag war freundlich. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers im 2. OG war gehoben und in sehr gutem Zustand. Den großen Whirlpool im Bad haben wir nicht zum Baden nur zum Duschen (wunderbare Regendusche) benutzt, da das Wasser nie komplett ablief und immer ein Rest in der Wanne stand - das schien uns hygienisch nicht ganz einwandfrei. „Very nice apartment with no elevator as expected but it is only on the 2nd floor so not bad. Very close to main piazzas and attractions. Travelled with my wife and 3 teenage kids. They enjoyed our time in Florence very much and the proximity of the apartment did factor in as we could stop for 1 hour breaks and then just walk back. Excellent and very courteous staff. They have a washing machine which was great, no dryer but they provided a rack with which we were able to air dry the clothes ...

„Ruhige, zentrale Lage; super Betten; gute Ausstattung Im Herbst dunkel, da kaum Tageslicht, was im Sommer sicherlich vorteilhaft sein kann.“

„Nagyon jó helyen van, a belváros szélén, a vasútállomás mellett, minden gyalog elérhető. Szűk, meredek lépcsők vannak, kicsi fürdőszobák, kevés hely és műanyag székek, úgyhogy kövér embereknek nem ajánlott. A falak nagyon piszkosak, de az ágyneműk tiszták voltak. A szúnyogháló hiányzik, mert még novemberben is voltak szúnyogok. A szállásdíjon felül még nagy összegű idegenforgalmi adót is kellett fizetni.“
