Castello Tiziano is a historic estate comprising a grand villa, a romantic park and a private outdoor infinity pool (12×8 m, 1.50 m deep) which can be heated on request, nestled among olive groves with a sunbathing area. Its stunning panoramic terrace offers breath-taking views of the Chianti hills.

The villa develops over 3 floors:

Ground Floor
The ground floor features impressive lounge and dining areas. The highlight of this floor is the splendid Ballroom, distinguished by its coffered ceiling, a grand Renaissance fireplace, and intricately painted flooring. Adjacent to the Ballroom is a 19th-century library that opens onto the romantic garden through two expansive French windows. Here, guests can immerse themselves in reading, savor a cup of tea, and relax in the serene countryside ambiance, with the option to enjoy a soothing background of classical music.
This floor also includes a bedroom for individuals with disabilities, featuring an ensuite bathroom and an accessible shower. A fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom complete the ground floor.

First Floor
An ornate staircase, equipped with a chairlift, connects the ground floor to the first floor, which houses three bedrooms:
• A bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
• A bedroom with a private sitting area, a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a portable air conditioner.
• A bedroom with two single beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a portable air conditioner.

Second Floor
The second floor offers:
• A bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a complete ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
• A double bedroom with a private lounge, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub.
• Two bedrooms with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub accessible from the corridor.

- The owner and gardener live in a separate wing of the house (attached to the main house but with its own entrance); they are there to guarantee all the services, security, and be at disposal of guests for anything they might need.

San Casciano in Val di Pesa: Approximately 18 kilometers southwest, this town offers historical sites and is part of the Chianti region.
