Stunning Villa with Infinity Pool & Panoramic Views over Bagni di Lucca

Escape to the heart of Northern Tuscany and enjoy breathtaking views over Bagni di Lucca and the Lima Valley from this beautiful private villa. The true highlight of the property is the spectacular infinity pool, seemingly floating above the valley—perfect for long, sun-soaked days and unforgettable sunsets.

The Villa
Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and is ideal for families or groups of friends.

- 3 double beds, each in a separate room (1x 180 by 200, 1x 160 by 200, 1x 140 by 190)

- There is an option to accommodate up to 2 children on additional pull-out single beds and a cot.


- 2 bathrooms on the first floor, both with toilet and shower


- Bright and spacious living & dining area with Smart TV (no cable / satellite, but streaming is possible), DVD player, a large selection of DVDs and a fireplace

- Fully equipped kitchen, including a separate wine fridge

- Washing machine in a separate utility room


Kitchen and cooking equipment
The house has a full fitted kitchen with all needed utensils for a full dinner for all guests (we both love to cook ourselves!). This includes: oven, stove top, dishwasher, pans, pots, boards, bowls, sharpened knives, gadgets and serving plates. Spices and basics (salt, oil, vinegar, sugar) are available for all guests to use.
For convenience, behind the breakfast bar you will find a corner featuring: Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a microwave. Some coffee capsules will be available upon your arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full set tableware for 6 people, including wine and champagne glasses. A full set of plastic glasses for poolside is also available.

And depending on the time of the year, you are welcome to help yourself with fresh apples, plums, pears, cherries and even khaki or pomegranate from the trees in our garden.
During your stay, the house, the garden and all the facilities will be exclusively for your use, but please be aware that we do have neighbours.

Casa Duetto is ideally located for both nature lovers and culture seekers.
Supermarkets and shops in nearby Fornoli, Barga and Bagni di Lucca (7km)
Excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and river rafting

Easy access to cultural highlights such as Lucca and Pisa, rich in history, art, and architecture (30-45km)
Firenze is located only 100km away making an excellent day trip plan. And also Viareggio located by the seaside is only one hour away

Casa Duetto offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and authentic Tuscan charm—all centered around a pool view you won’t forget.

The house is accessible via a 500 meters long gravel road from the main street, you do not need a 4x4, but sportscars will have a challenge getting to and from the house.
Also note that due to the surrounding terrain and the narrow staircase to the first floor, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
