„It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views.“

„Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens.“

„We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain View Getaway. It's a bit off the beaten track but that's what I was looking for. It had everything we needed, was clean and just the right size for the two of us. The view was beautiful and quiet apart from the sound of the river below. „Cabin had comfortable beds and thankfully plenty of fans. Unfortunately ran out of toilet paper first night. Host voicemail not set up and no instructions for Wi-Fi password or TV dish. Friendly cats on the front porch. Keep in mind front door could lock behind you. Nearest grocery is 45 min at a Valero gas station. Excellent food at Pinehurst Lodge bar and grill on the way to/from Sequoia. Minor issues aside we enjoyed our stay at this peaceful cabin.“
