All Tvs have access to the Spectrum streaming app with expanded permissions for sports , news and music channels . The owner's attention to detail has the all-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and nearby dining area ready for all entertaining assignments. This property features a covered porch and a luggage lift that goes to the top floor. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Located on a quiet street just one block from the ocean. Restaurants, shopping, a fishing pier, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, and the property provides beach chairs, bikes, and water gear, including boogie boards. Additionally, there is a private electric vehicle charger available.
