The Space:

Welcome to The Rooftop Retreat, a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Avalon getaway for up to 10 guests. With multiple outdoor spaces and beautiful bay views, and new air conditioning throughout the home. This is an easy place to settle into shore life.



Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living area with a Smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and counter seating. Just off the dining area, a private deck offers outdoor seating and a grill for enjoying meals outside.



Upstairs, you’ll find additional counter space, a sink, under counter refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to keep drinks and snacks close by while you relax.



The highlight of the home is the rooftop deck, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze, soak up the sunshine, and end the day with beautiful bay and sunset views.



Sleeping arrangements include 3 queen beds, a bunk bed with 1 queen and 1 twin, and a sleeper sofa.



The beach and public dock are nearby, along with downtown Avalon’s shops, restaurants, and local favorites. Two parking spaces and 6 beach tags are also included for guest use during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

We are unable to accommodate underage or party groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or large gatherings
