"House was large and allowed 13 adult siblings and spouses spaces to gather without being on top of one another. Host made some seasonal accommodations that we really appreciated. She was responsive but not intrusive. Only hassle was having to provide our own linen. Some of us came from as far as Hawaii, Cali and So Africa so arranging to have linen there was a hassle. Otherwise, the house was a perfect choice for the cost."

"We had a great time down in Avalon for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were three couples and 3 babies. It was great that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is beautiful. Hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Very close to the beach. Mike the host was great. He was in touch with us from the beginning to end with any concerns we may have had. Which was none! Looking forward to another weekend at...

"Very interesting location with an excellent omni directional view. The Avalon 30th Street Beach is wonderful and we had some great restaurants. This home is certainly worth the price of admission."

"We were in Avalon for a wedding and this house was the perfect home base for the weekend. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean! It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful water views from the living room were a lovely bonus. Very conveniently located close to beach and town."

"Perfect house for two large families. Close walking distance to town and to the beach. House was well stocked but could have been a little more organized. Downstairs had another living room which was great if you had family that needed to work. We utilized the small table and set up a computer monitor there. Nice back yard where we set up games. We would definitely go back as it was really a great location and beautiful large home."

"This home has it all. Rooms are large, plenty of showers, back decks are set up with plenty of seating. Dock has great access to the bay. We caught fish from the dock and launched our paddle boards easily. It's set up great if you have a boat. Will definitely stay here again."
