„Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too.“

„A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.“

Wirkt etwas abgewrackt “

„Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend“

„Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

„I booked this homestay for my Indonesian friends, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with suspicion and disrespect. The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking. When they checked in, there was only one towel and a tiny bar of soap for two people—completely inadequate. Thankfully, they had brought their own towels. The staff handed them a price list for ...

„Schimmelige Kopfkissen und Bäder. Fleckige Bettlaken.

Bonne localisation, on a pu faire la visite fes principaux attraits de Denpasar à pied.“

„Zimmer relativ Groß aber leider sehr gehörig, Bett herrlich. In 15 Minuten am Jimbaran Strand, in 20 Minuten bei Uluwatu mit dem Scooter. “
