„Loved being close to everything while still being tucked into a peaceful neighborhood! We were in town for a wedding and were less than 2 blocks from Allan House. My elderly parents had no problem walking there and back. We have now gone on a few roadtrips the last couple of years and this was our favorite stay so far. Checking in was a breeze, coffee and the 6 pack in the fridge were a lovely welcoming touch, and communication was easy. We very much enjoyed our stay!“

„Stay was as expected. Management was responsive. Best part was the patio. Location is nice - can walk to coffee shop and bars. Only complaint is that they make you turn the air up, so it took a good few hours for the place to cool down given the house is older and it was like 100 degrees outside, which makes sense… but no complaints outside of that. Feel it was a good place to stay for the price point.“

Minor improvements would be to have ice cube trays, more cutlery, cleaner cushions outside, temp controls were tricky, garbage disposal not working. These were minor issues and they location and space were excellent for graduation weekend“

„I recently traveled to Austin to help a family member find an apartment and booked this house for our stay and what a gem! The location of the house was in a very cute neighborhood within short distance of everything we needed. The kitchen was clean with a large island and stocked with everything we needed.
