„We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.“

„TV never worked, AC was terrible. They finally sent over a tech after 36 hrs. He could not do anything about the TV and suggested it needed to be replaced. The toilet bowl cleaner was dirty and rusty. As a handicapped person, walking up and down a steep paved alley was challenging. Not worth the $$$ allwywn “

„The property itself was clean, nice, and secure. It is small but cozy. They made use of all the space. The neighborhood was questionable, which made walking not an option. I thought we would be next to a target; as I saw in the pics, this was not so. Overall, it was a decent stay. “

„Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!“

„Kristen was a wonderful hostess and was prompt with stay instructions and local suggestions. Property is clean and very well maintained. Nice amenities were a bonus (Keurig, bottles of water, bath products). We felt very safe in the area, even when arriving back to the property very late in the evening.“

„The area was in close proximity to ALL the happenings. Room was a studio type space, but not cramped at all. It had everything you could think of & even some things you hadn't thought of. Even though there was just a mini fridge & microwave there was a rolling cart inside with all you needed for a quick breakfast or lunch; knives. Cutting board plates, bowls. & etc. We never saw or heard hosts, but that was OK because we had everything we needed & I was communicating via VRBO messages before & ...
