Family friendly with a toddler crib, high-chair, baby proofing throughout the home, gates at both ends of the stairs (must lock gates manually) gates at front entrance and baby proofed doors, a FULLY ENCLOSED backyard with no holes. All has been carefully thought out.

House is in 1 block walking distance to the Water-Park (closed), Barn and Marina.

About 3 blocks to the lodge and scenic lounge by the lake.

3 Bedroom spacious home with additional game room as a well appointed lounge with two extra full size bunk beds. Enjoy this fully equip home with everything any family could possibly need. From an outdoor kitchen fully equip with fire place to your lake access and resort style water park. They're something for everyone. The entire home is yours (excluding the master closet and garage) 2 free parking spaces on drive way and additional parking steps away. Everything has been meticulously cleaned.

Community is 20-30 minutes from Bee Caves city with HEB supermarket and Hill Country Galleria Mall. You're also 5 minutes from Briarcliff and spicewood. Airport is 36 Miles away. Uber Eats does deliver to this house and we have access to fast speed Wifi.

This house is located and surrounded by nature - there will be bugs every now and then but we do address it as it comes with safe and natural bug treatment for kids. Unfortunately, this is part of living in the hill country and we must take its beauty with understanding.
