„Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!“

„The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however, ...

„The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful “
