„I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one by far was the best. The description is accurate and it has nice amenities and is extremely clean. Stephanie was very easy to reach and they had the house stocked with anything you could possibly need, down to contact solution, which I forgot to bring. It was the perfect weekend getaway. I would recommend and would absolutely come back, which is rare for me to say with VRBO rentals.“

„My family and I had a weekend getaway here. We enjoyed the house, the board games, and exploring the property. If you’re in need of some relaxation and quiet this is a great place to do it. The driveway is very long, just keep going, you’ll get there. The Austin dam is minutes down the road, the Potter County Pub is 10 minute drive and a great place for food and drinks.“

„We really enjoyed our stay in Ulysses! The cabin was the perfect size for the 4 of us and the dog. The only (minor) downside was the proximity to U.S. 6. Sitting outside by the fire got a little noisy at times with the trucks going by, but we would definitely book this again!“

„Myself and 3 old friends stayed for weekend's getaway. Place is right next to pine creek and stocked with plenty of trout. Gamelands and state forest all around. Was a great trip and good place to stay for outdoor recreation.“

„You cannot stay any closer to the Winslow Hill Elk Observation area. Wonderfully comfortable and rustic at the same time. Made good use of the grill. The deer were often in the backyard and morning was filled with bird song. Great getaway opportunity and easy to set up.“

„Short fishing trip on Pine Creek, father and two sons. Cabin was really perfect, very clean and well kept. The surrounding property was incredibly well maintained. Beautiful spot. If we get back to this area will definitely try to stay here again.“

„The tree house was unique and was great for a few days stay. Though it would have been helpful to know ahead of time in the on-line description that the water in not potable. The owners collect rainwater so it's not intended for consumption. Next, communication with the property manager through Vrbo email was a bit difficult...when I initially reserved the property I checked off how many children and their ages. „Excellent Property. Excellent Logistics-very close to PA Grand Canyon and fishing Darling Run. Property was in excellent shape and offered the group the most relaxing and tranquil stay. Joe provided open communication throughout the process and was an excellent host! We have stayed in other lodges but the “Octagon” by far has been one of our best stays!!!“
