„My husband and I stayed at this cottage for 3 weeks in March and it worked great for us. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Emily is a great host with excellent communication skills and provided extras such as coffee pods, milk, yogurt, bottle of wine, dish soap, etc. We loved the location, walkable to downtown and close to highways for exploring the area. I highly recommend this property. “

„Great location. Clean.. Great communication with property manager. The problem is that the second bedroom is really the attic, and even with window AC was 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Also colder at n ight so in warmer months this could potentially be a problem.“

„The cabin is tastefully decorated with art and textiles. Well lit, with lots of windows facing the river. Landscaping is lush, and I’m sure bountiful in the summer months. The decks and spa are perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Centrally located for adventures in the redwoods, Pacific Ocean, wineries, quaint little towns, as well as the river. Nice, well set up kitchen with Viking stovetop. “

„Amazing little cottage on the water. Peaceful home, birds and dear all over and walking distance to the beach. We loved that the house overlooked a river. Amazing to sit outside and watch all the birds and deer go on about their day. Felt very tranquil for us. Home was perfect for us, clean and cozy. “

„What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!“

„We liked the house & the area. My primary issue was the washer & dryer that was listed under amenities was not available to use. Be aware if renting. We had problems with the keyless entry. Although the house was very clean, the dishes were not, we bought paper & plastic.“
