Please note: To ensure the safety and security of our home and community, we require all guests to provide a copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) prior to check-in. This is mandatory for all bookings. All information is handled securely and confidentially and is deleted after your stay.

All guests must agree to the following house rules:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property and outside within 10ft
- Only a maximum of 4 cars are allowed to park on the driveway and the street right in front of the property. Please do not block neighbors mailboxes or their driveway.
- Adult supervision is required for all minors when using the pool and outdoor kid's play set
- No diving or jumping off the rocks as the pool is shallow (4ft to 5.5ft deep).
- No climbing, walking or jumping off the waterfalls as the rocks may come loose. If this happens we have the right to charge the guests for the full price of repairs.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No disturbing neighbors
- No loud noise or music past 10pm
- Please keep the balcony locked at all times if you have small children and do not allow them to be there unsupervised.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply for additional guests not included in your reservation
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

**We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit or charge extra fees if these rules are broken.
