We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early.“

„This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. “

„The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)“

The walk to the beach was very short and there are plenty of places to eat, including Another Broken Egg, which was our favorite for breakfast. If you are here for the Mayo Clinic, it’s only 10-15 minutes away by car. The host was very accessible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.“
