We will be available throughout your stay via the app or phone if any needs or questions arise.

Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:

- Check-in time starts at 3PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.

- Parties or events are not permitted on the property – penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay.

- To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.

Please refer to the `Additional Rules` section under the `Things to Know` heading for a complete overview of our house rules. This will help avoid any misunderstandings.

- NO parties

- Upon check out dispose of trash in the blue bins outside of the front door next to the fence

-Trash pick up is every Monday

- Upon check out please strip the used beds and leave sheets on the floor next to the bed or in the hamper provided in the master bedroom

- If you used dishes while visiting the property, please load dishwasher and begin the dish washing cycle

- If you do bring a pet please do not allow pets on the couches or on the beds unless the furniture is completely covered. (furniture covers are provided)

- We also ask that pet waste be picked up and disposed of if the pet uses the bathroom in the yard.

If these rules are not followed it will cause the guest to incur an additional fee, as these cause additional cleaning fees from cleaners

- A pet bed is provided for comfort of your pet.

- Late checkout needs to be discussed and approved prior to checkout. Staying beyond 10 AM without prior approval will incur a $50 fee (cleaners need the necessary amount of time time get the home ready for incoming guests)
