„Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!“

„The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. After a five hour drive from Baku to the hotel we were told the hotel was fully booked for the second night and we would have to check out at 12 pm. This was at 6 pm. "Clean room, perfect bed, bathroom/shower were ok, each day drinking water bottles. Would appreciate better coffee brands. And the chocolate drink was bad. I could not find a coat hook behind the room door, (not expensive) instead of two toilet paper roll holders :-) Especially all staff was very friendly, both at the reception as well as the room service and breakfast area, gave assistance wherever we asked for."

"Ich habe eine relativ gute Erfahrung geamacht, man muss auch das ganze drumherum sehen, hier kommen viele Nationen auf einen Punkt und das ist dann auch schonmal vielfältig, Zimmer war genau richtig, Frühstück passte soweit, Personal hilft wo es kann."

"Guter Service und nettes Ambiente. Die Schwimmmöglichkeit ist gut aber mit Haarschutzpflicht ist es etwas anders gewesen. Im großen und ganzen ist alles super gewesen. Sehr nettes personal. Es lohnt sich allgemein Baku zu besuchen. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Mitarbeiter und das Restaurant Team."

"We can highly recommend the hotel. Very nice, well-kept rooms, nothing is missing. We were very satisfied and the staff is incredibly attentive.
