„Nothing to clean with no broom“

„Es war sehr ruhig, in der Nähe ist nix, aber wenn man Stück mit dem Auto fährt ist alles da. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Poolbereich bräuchte ein kleines Update“

„Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it ...

„keine Handtücher ,nur eine Lampe im Zimmer Kühlschrank ist dreckig. Wir hatten dort nicht geschlafen.“

„First they put pictures on the website that did not really go with the hotel walked inside it stinks smell like dog pee dog the hallways was dirty the floors was dirty just walking through the building was nasty. The elevator didn't really work went into my room the room look like a cracked room it was nasty and I didn't want to stay there but I had to stay there for that night cuz I just came in that morning and then had to know where to go until the next day so yeah I won't be staying there ...

The exquisite lady at the office and the young man at the desk are very well spoken and will take care of you . I honestly love this place. If you are coming through Memphis and looking for an affordable stay. Definitely come by kings inn. You will not regret it. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the lighting in the room is excellent. Housekeepers are doing their jobs Kings inn is the spot“

„Wir sind als Familie in diesem Hotel, haben eine Suite , also drei Betten, was sehr angenehm ist, die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig , das Frühstück ausreichend, das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, und Mann kann alles zu Fuß erreichen“

„Das Zimmer fand ich etwas klein, als alleine Reisender war es noch okay. Das Personal war freundlich und der Check-In sowie Check-out gingen zügig. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Downtown. Ich würde es gerne wieder buchen. “
