âI recently stayed at Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to all the local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.â
âThe hotel is in good condition.
The hotel is in a great location in the art district where you can go outside in the evenings.
It is very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and two beds and there is enough space.
The only problem is that the rooms have no soundproofing on the outside and it is therefore very noisy due to the street noise.â
âSo we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenitiesâ
âAccess to the hotel was complicated due to construction in the area, which made getting to the property difficult. In addition, there was construction noise between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., which affected my rest.â
âThis unique hotel is one of the best hotels I ever staid. All the details of interior design, the art diplayed every where around the hotel, the amazing rooftop but also the icredibly friendly and helpful staff make this place so wonderful and our stay was just perfect!!â
âMan oh man. This was one of the best resort stays I've ever had. The service was impeccable, the architecture was beyond unique, food was superb, so many different activities in and around the property. Very clean rooms. I would 100% come back. I love it!â
âAfter 4 days surfing up in Cerritos and Todos Santos we opted to drive into San Jose and found this gem. Very nice staff. Great Location and beautiful gardens. Great location âïžâïžâïžâïžâïžâ
âAmazing experience. We took a treetop room and were up in the trees. Felt like you were living in a lush green palm tree garden.
The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. â
âThis property was really nice. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
Diego at the concierge was very helpful. He made the stay extra comfortable and constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed.
Axel and Kenia were helpful and friendly at the coffee house.
The gym was very clean.. we took classes with Nelson and Orlando.
The servers at the several restaurants were nice and checked every time about allergies like Jose, Christian to name a few were great.
My only issues ...
