„Condo had everything we needed for a great week! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows!!! Location is great. We’ve stay at Ocean Sands for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed in the facilities. Laundry room was clean and well kept. Excellent grounds keeping.“

„We had a wonderful time visiting New Bern and staying at this apartment. Ideally located in Historic Downtown, we left the car parked and walked everywhere with our dog. We knew that the apartment was pet friendly, but the entire downtown area welcomed us and our fur baby girl. We were allowed to take her into a handful of shops and there were several restaurants or eateries that provided outdoor seating. We were surprised to see that two restaurants we visited offered a four-legged guest menu ...

„The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would ...

„We loved everything about this unit. The view of the sound is spectacular. The home is beautiful and spacious, and all of the rooms are nicely decorated and very welcoming. We spent a good bit of the time out on the deck enjoying the view, and the breeze. All of the amenities we needed were provided. We were within walking distance of the beach and driving distance to many of the activities in the area and shopping. We would definitely consider staying here again if we planned another visit ...

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Rezeptionist Billy Brummett, der uns vom ersten Tag an mit seiner freundlichen Art und seiner Kompetenz bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugsempfehlungen einen wunderschönen Urlaub (6 herrliche Tage) bescherte."
