„We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.“

„This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.“

„This was the perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our Newport vacation. We were cozy and comfortable with areas to sit and chat or play games together. The kitchen came in very handy. We were centrally located and walked to the cliffs and mansions. And we had plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Would highly recommend!“

Sunset Cove had great breakfast sandwiches and LocalZ for dinner was a lot of fun with fantastic music and delicious food and drinks! „Brand new property! Looks and smells pristine!Layout is wonderful!The owners took time to communicate in a clear, concise and thorough manner!Parking for 2 cars is invaluable. Outstanding response time. Thoughtful placement of Sound machine in bedrooms helped with the late night noisy neighborhood which wasn’t overly troublesome just a bit frustrating.
