„We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.“

„Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old ...

„The apartment could not be in a more central location in Newport! We enjoyed easy access to many local bars and restaurants including being ten steps from O'Briens Pub. The apartment has a nice deck space with harbor views for morning coffee. Would stay again when in Newport! “

„Great location and wonderful stay! Close to everything, including the free #67 bus (in between 2 of the stops), 15-minute walk to 2 grocery stores, darling restaurants and pubs are a block away. Quiet location and spacious for a family of 4. The only small issue was the laundry; it is onsite but not in the unit, you will need to bring quarters and detergent. Newport was one stop on our trip and doing laundry was a key reason for choosing the unit. Other than that, I would not hesitate to book ...

„Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future“
