„The hotel is very run down and in need of a lot of attention. Check-in was chaotic - we literally blocked the road outside the hotel for 5 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate. Breakfast was minimal: a piece of toast each and no fresh bread rolls or croissants - we skipped it entirely the second day. Biggest problem, since we booked this location based on favourable images of the restaurant, was to find on arrival that there was no restaurant. We were told they couldn't get the staff ...

"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber eine Grand Suite erhalten, was uns sehr freute. Das Zimmer (Wohnung) war entsprechend gross. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse über Pool, Lugano und bis zumSee. Das Hotel ist eher alt, jedoch alles in gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht. Alles ist frisch und lecker zubereitet. Wellness und Fitness haben wir nicht genutzt. Im Fitness hat es aber auch alles was man braucht. Der Aussenpool ist gross und sauber. Die Liegen im Schatten sind etwas knapp. Aber man findet immer ein Plätzchen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen."
