„Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. “

„Front door knob needs fixed. The lock works fine but the door handle bolt doesn’t pull in all the way when opening from the outside. It makes it difficult to open the door. Just FYI for an easy fix for the next guest. ThanksClint“

„I absolutely loved this house for our little weekend get away. At first the parking was a little unlcear since its just an empty lot, but we got clarification from the property manager parking is right beside the house. Which is great since alot of places i looked at had street parking. Its super close everything, I'm sure it's walkable but we drove everywhere. „The house was exactly as pictured and described. Stores and places to eat within walking distance. Food truck festival/street fair was going on so it was nice to walk around after a long day at the racetrack. “

„It was a great stay! It was really wonderful to have a dining room table that sat 8, but they also had extra folding chairs just in case as well. The bathrooms are beautiful and the towels were soft. There are beds and bedrooms exactly as listed - two queens in two rooms on the third floor, one queen and two twins in two rooms on the second floor, and a twin cot on the first floor.
