„What a beautifull Hotel, great View, a lot of Restauranta around. Clean, friendly. Unfortunately, parking is extremely expensive and disappointing for hotel guests who have already paid a lot. Luckily there are a number of very cheaper car parks in the area.“
„Das Hotel hat viel Charme. Das Zimmer mit Flussblick war sehr schön und geräumig, das Personal sehr nett. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Organisation beim Frühstück ist furchtbar. Man muss warten bis man aufgerufen wird, dann darf man sich setzen obwohl viele Tische frei sind. Am Tag 2 war niemand da, also haben wir uns einfach hingesetzt. Es dauerte 40 min bis wir endlich unser Frühstück hatten. Das geht besser.“
„Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner guten Lage, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders beeindruckend sind die großzügige Eingangshalle und der elegante Rezeptionsbereich. Die Zimmer hingegen wirken wie aus einer anderen Zeit – etwas abgewohnt und nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Positiv: Sie sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch nicht ganz.

„This is my favorite place to stay when I visit my son at College. It’s in walking distance to Carnegie Mellon and the parking is included in the price which helps. The reason I gave it four stars is because the property could use a little bit of updating. Maybe some new mattresses and checking out the drip sound in the bathroom. But otherwise I do love the place. I just wish it was available more often.“
„Property was clean and updated from top to bottom. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and our river-facing room was thoughtfully furnished. We ate a fantastic meal at the onsite Italian steakhouse then listened to some wonderful live music in the first floor lobby bar before getting a great night's sleep. 10/10“
