„We have always stayed at Universel when driving from Shediac to Ottawa. Pretty close to halfway point. They accept our dog but with a $35 fee. Easy and quick checkin. The restaurant is fantastic (Le Boreal), highly recommend the sous-vide beef or pork cheeks. So freaking good and not overly expensive. Our only issue is the room heater would not shutoff no matter how I set it. So room was very warm. I’m sure they would’ve moved us but we were exhausted and didn’t want to repack. “

„Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great.“
