Overall, my stay was fine, but I was disappointed by several issues.
First, I found trash in the room and hair in the shower upon arrival. Considering I paid over $130 for the room, I expect it to be thoroughly cleaned before guests check in. Cleanliness is a basic standard and should not be overlooked.
I also experienced a major inconvenience with parking. I was not informed that there was no on-site self-parking available, and I had to pay an additional $26 to park overnight. This information should be clearly stated—preferably highlighted—so guests are aware in advance and can plan accordingly. Additionally, there were no clear signs indicating that the lot was valet-only, aside from very small, difficult-to-read text inside the parking area. Better signage would help prevent confusion and awkward situations for future guests.
Lastly, I encountered a valet driver who appeared to be speeding while driving guests' vehicles in the parking area. This was concerning, and I recommend looking into the matter to ensure guest vehicles are handled safely and responsibly.
Aside from these issues, the stay itself was fine. However, I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
