„The Shortt Lake cottage was the perfect home base for our family gathering for my Dad's 100th Birthday. Handy for pickups from the airport. Close to my Dad's place in Truro. And comfortable for family connections throughout the day and night.“

„We enjoyed our stay. We did some site seeing but enjoyed being at the cabin. The weather was not the best for a camp fire, the wood fired hot tub was enjoyable in the cooler misty weather. Property is clean, well kept, family friendly!!“

The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. “
