Welcome to "Walk on the Beach " quiet and perfectly located at the North end of Anna Maria Island, 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home is the perfect vacation retreat. The open concept fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room offers plenty of space for the whole family.
Two guest bedrooms can be found on the main floor sharing a full bathroom, perfect for the kids! On the Second floor you will find the Master suite equipped with a King bed and private ensuite bath including a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Situated off of the master bedroom you will find a second living room with a TV .
Take a 3 min walk to relax at the most beautiful Bean Point Beach or sit back and relax while taking in ocean views from the spacious second floor balcony.

Our pools are serviced weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool . The pool is heated to 84 *F , there is an extra charge for higher temp. Please note that during colder days or nights, the temperature of the water will drop and may stay cooler longer . Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60 F . No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for the circumstances beyond our control.

There are four parking spaces at this property .

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area which is blended with rental properties .
City of Anna Maria has a Noise Ordinance prohibits loud and unreasonable noises , quite time , including use of pool is 10:00 PM EST through 8:00AM EST Keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night is greatly appreciated by the residents or vacationers .

Upon arrival the starters are provided and any extra items needed are the quests responsibility :
Kitchen : 1 Roll of Paper Towel, Dish Soap , Sponge , Dish cloth , Kitchen towel , Dishwasher pods .
Each bathroom : 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper , Hand Soap , travel size Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash.
Laundry : laundry detergent pods or liquid starters

All the check in details and digital key code will be provided few days before the arrival .
