Villa Maria is located on the North End of Anna Maria, one block from the shops and restaurants of Pine Ave. The sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a quick 3 block walk and the AMI City pier is 2 blocks away.

Our elevated beach house features the kitchen, living and dining rooms on the main poolside level. Dining options include a table for six in the dining room and seating for four in the kitchen. Step outside to a gas grill and dine al fresco at a patio set for six.

Two of the bedrooms occupy the ground level. The master suite features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool. The guest room includes two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and patio access. The final master suite is on the second level and includes a king-sized bed, en suite bathrooms and a balcony which overlooks the pool. Each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a full-sized washer and dryer.

A sparkling, heated pool is one of the highlights of backyard and is complete with pool loungers, an outdoor shower and gas grill. Guests can relax poolside in the sofa lounge furniture and will also enjoy the ping pong table located in the covered breezeway.

Villa Maria is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
