ROSE Vacances offers you this charming Premium apartment on the 2nd floor, without a lift and its two-person hydrotherapy bath. This atypical 70m2 apartment is nestled in the heart of Angers city centre.

Capacity: up to 6 people.

• Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, 4K TV and WI-FI (with portable air conditioning).

• Equipped open kitchen: Induction hobs, built-in oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO).

• Bedroom with a large double bed and its private two-person jacuzzi.

• Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with private shower.

• Separate WC.



🚗 Paid parking and difficult in the surrounding streets.

Fleur d'eau underground paid car park 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld car park 10 mins on foot.

–Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport in the immediate vicinity.



⚠️ Important to know before your booking: the apartment is located in the heart of a university town, in a lively neighbourhood. Due to this location, noise from outside (street, neighbourhood, area frequentation) may be noticeable, particularly in the evening and at weekends. This accommodation may therefore not be suitable for people who are particularly sensitive to noise.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift, access via the period stairwell may pose a problem for people with reduced mobility or elderly people.

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)
