ROSE Vacances presents this charming apartment, ideally located in the heart of Angers, on Rue de la Roe, courtyard side for more tranquillity.

Located in a well-maintained old building, this accommodation offers all the charm of the past: stone walls, warm parquet flooring, beautiful brightness... The atmosphere is cosy, simple and pleasant.



Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room: lounge area and dining area.

Fully equipped open kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker (NESPRESSO)

Bathroom: shower, washbasin and WC

Bedroom: comfortable double bed.



Paid parking on surrounding streets.

Free parking at the Rochefoucault car park (10 minutes walk).



Location:

Its central location allows you to do everything on foot: castle, cathedral, shops, restaurants, transport... everything is within reach, without the inconvenience of noise, thanks to its courtyard-side position.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
