„Our stay did not live up to the positive reviews and our expectations.
On the positive side, the hotel is well located and the staff was nice throughout. When we arrived, we were given a very big room with two single beds pushed together, without even a mattress topper to make it a proper double. The receptionist kindly moved us to a smaller but decent room with a queen-size bed.

„Great location in the city centre close to parking facility and amazing supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff, room and bathroom cleaned overall good standard but a bit basic facilities. No coffee, tea, electric water as normally other hotels provided. We saw many guests with dogs, when we checked in a dog was pee on the floor in the lobby, not good if one have animal allergic. “
„Muy cerca del centro de Andorra la Vella y con varios aparcamientos cerca. Que no haya servicio de recepción no es un problema porque es todo bastante ágil de manera online.
Nos tocó la habitación en un segundo sin ascensor y costó un poco subir las maletas.
Como recomendación, poner alguna percha más o incluso percha para colgar chaquetas o las toallas de la ducha.“

Mit Brunnenwasser nachgefüllte Flaschen ohne Sicherheitsverschluss geht gar nicht! Kein Notizblatt und keine Kugelschreiber im 4*S?Frühstück war hingebend sehr gut. “
