„Excellent, friendly and personalised service. The owners/managers speak excellent English and are able and very willing to provide detailed information on the region. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by trees, and only about 15 min walking from the city centre. The room we had was spacious, with an extra bed, but did understandably not have all the amenities of a highly rated hotel. Wifi was reliable, fast and free of charge, and the room was very well heated and very comfortable. ...

„Estuvimos muy bien. Es un sitio muy agradable con una vista estupenda al lago Calima. La piscina muy limpia y agradable tambien. La atencion mostrada por la Anfitriona fue excelente. El apartamento estaba bien equipado, muy limpio y la atencion en general estuvo muy bien. “

„Experiencia regular, la propiedad mal señalizada no se ve el número del condominio y tampoco está debidamente señalizado a cuál casa corresponden las cajas donde se encuentra el control remoto del portón. Luego solo llegar a casa de al fondo … sin número. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, pisos sucios vidrios sucios , mala manutención. En resumen a pesar del espumante de cortesía, no la volvería a elegir . Mala relación precio calidad “

„Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor! They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. “

„Muy cerca a lugares de interés, cada cabaña cuenta con su pequeña piscina y zona verde al rededor de la casa.El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar, la vía de acceso se recorre mejor en una SUV.“

"Wir sind dort mit kleinen Kinder für 5 Tage geblieben. Es war von Anfang an ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Angestellte, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet, die Restaurants des Hotels waren auch sehr schön, mit aufmerksamen und kinderfreundlichem Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
