„Did not feel comfortable due to some cleanliness issues, the clientel of the hotel, and the doors not being noise insulated. Not recommended for families with children or couples looking for a romantic stay. Management was not responsive to feedback: when we told them there was hair in various parts of the room, it was not addressed, and when we shared additional feedback they did not respond.“

„Stayed at Sites hotel for few days in a beautiful and spacious, modern room overlooking the city and mountains.The hotel staffs were super friendly and helped with all our queries and needs. Do not miss to enjoy their delicious breakfast buffet with local delicacies. The free laundry machines came in handy for us during longtime traveling. The location felt very safe and good restaurants were in a walkable distance. Definitely recommended !! “

„We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, the hotel is very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was a great bonus, and the breakfast was also very good. A special thanks to the kind housekeeping staff member who made tea for me when I was sick and to the lovely receptionist who did the same. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!“

„Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal hilft wirklich bei jedem Anliegen weiter. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man die Waschmaschinen des Hotels benutzen kann. Dadurch spart man sich Geld und vor allem Zeit. Die Zimmer im oberen Stock haben eine großzügige Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Hotel befindet sich in Equipetrol, das ist ein schönes und teures Viertel in Santa Cruz.
