„Die Unterkunft selbst ist wirklich schön, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war der Service eine Katastrophe! Der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen wurde vergessen, wir haben fast eine Stunde gewartet und dann selber ein Taxi genommen. An der Unterkunft ging es chaotisch weiter,mit uns reiste zufällig noch eine größere Gruppe an und damit war der einzige Mitarbeiter der zu sehen war, völlig überfordert. Es stellte sich heraus das unser Zimmer sogar doppelt vermietet ...

„We loved all about our stay here. The check in was easy and convenient. The host helped us via WhatsApp with all our questions. We booked the room with a window towards the street. It was super clean and tastefully furnished. The breakfast included freshly prepared fruit salad, fresh juice coffee/tea, scrambled egg and an assortment of bread. Perfect to kick off the day. “

Stayed with family & loved out time Cuenca is beautiful and local gem is a must! Very nice family owns it and they do everything to assure you have the best time there. Breakfast is great in am. Freshly prepared when you arrive to the breakfast table each day. I can’t say enough good things. This property is a true treasure! “
