„Very disappointing experience! We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. One of the rooms had no TV. We reported the issue to the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and promised a 20% refund. We even reminded the staff about the refund at check-out, but nothing was done afterward. The staff were unprofessional, and the customer service was terrible. Very disappointed with how this hotel handled the situation!“

„When me and my partner arrived to the hotel we had to wait 5-10 minutes for our room to be ready. As we entered the room we noticed it was dusty and was not properly cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights and on the second night when we arrived back to our room my wife found a cockroach crawling through her clothes. Immediately I went to the front desk and the receptionist accommodated us to another room. I can say the staff were nice and very understanding.“

„I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The transit system was convenient, and the proximity to my destinations was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. I also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. I plan on returning in the future.“

„Great all around experience, and the breakfast was good too“

„One of the only properties in the area that allows pets. Decor/furnishings were more pet friendly than lush, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would stay again, even without pets“

„The room was great. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. No hand soap to wash your hand I thought that was kinda weird but overall I would definitely recommend it“
