„Sehr schönes neues Hotel am Rande von Alexandria. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Leider, lag vielleicht durch die Lage mit der Nähe zur Lobby, sehr laut. Die ganze Nacht dudelte die Lobbymusik und ab 6:00am fingen wohl die Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück an. Leider war ab da ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich.“

„We went to the bar/restaurant when we got in. As we walked over to bar, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us, they did not. Bar was not busy 2 others were sitting there. Noted the manger of bar was there at time David, he didn't bother looking our way. Even if it were busy I would expect, "We will be right there." That didn't happen. That manger needs a lesson in customer service. Other than that the stay was fair.“

„The place was totally filthy discussing worn down, broken down and looked like it was more like a place where people live. It was disgusting and I’m OK with cheap hotels, but this was bad.“

„Pool not heated ,breakfast was HORRIBLE, plus they over charged me for 2 nights and the jacuzzi tub doesn't work properly. Then the receptionist at Desk was not to nice, she didn't know what she was doing, the room was stale smoke smell, bed was uncomfortable and tub was yellow, could bath in it, I stayed here the last 3 years when we came to Alexandria and this is the 1st time I was disappointed, we will be going over to Pineville Conference center and hotel, great service with then earlier this ...

„I got a dirty room. There was dirt in every corner. The towels had dark stains and partly visible footprints from shoes. The blanket smelled gross and was cigarette burned. The pillows and the duvet cover also had yellow stains.During my entire stay I was only given dirty towels and sheets. Incredible how something like that can be expected of a guest. In front of the room there were garbage bags and leftovers that were simply thrown outside the door by other guests. Never again “

„They threw away everything I had in the room after I told them I was staying another night and had already paid/booked. Then last night they called the cops on me because there was a disturbance and they assumed it was me instead of checking things out. Come to find out of course it wasn't me it was a room two rooms down from me.Terrible 4 nights. Don't stay here.“

„Mein Zimmer war neben dem Treppenaufgang und deshalb etwas laut als die anderen Gäste vorbeigegangen sind. Außerdem war mein Zimmer beim einchecken noch nicht gereinigt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer soweit in Ordnung und gut gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich. “

„Für kurzen Zwischenstopp ausreichend, für eine Woche werde ich das nächste Mal nach Alternativen suchen“

„Super freundlich, alles sauberbund bequemes Bett. “

„A Relaxing Stay with Great Outdoor Amenities! Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was more than just a place to sleep! One of the highlights was having spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. We had fun playing Tic Tac Toe, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and spent time sitting around the fire pit. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating. The fire pit was a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, and the recreational ...

„Das Hotel ist schon recht alt und der Teppich in den Zimmern riecht schrecklich. Lüften ist nicht möglich.“

„Room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Bathroom was dirty and room wasn’t swept.“
