„Sehr schönes neues Hotel am Rande von Alexandria. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Leider, lag vielleicht durch die Lage mit der Nähe zur Lobby, sehr laut. Die ganze Nacht dudelte die Lobbymusik und ab 6:00am fingen wohl die Vorbereitungen fürs Frühstück an. Leider war ab da ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich.“

„The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and the hotel staff kept it full and they were constantly keeping it clean. I would definitely stay here again. “

„Mein Zimmer war neben dem Treppenaufgang und deshalb etwas laut als die anderen Gäste vorbeigegangen sind. Außerdem war mein Zimmer beim einchecken noch nicht gereinigt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer soweit in Ordnung und gut gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich. “

„I got a dirty room. There was dirt in every corner. The towels had dark stains and partly visible footprints from shoes.The blanket smelled gross and was cigarette burned. The pillows and the duvet cover also had yellow stains.During my entire stay I was only given dirty towels and sheets. Incredible how something like that can be expected of a guest. In front of the room there were garbage bags and leftovers that were simply thrown outside the door by other guests. Never again “
