„I booked and already paid a single room with a king size bed. When I arrived, there was no such room available. They said I should take a twin bed room and move the next day. As I had very busy schedules for the next day I didn’t want to pack all my stuff the next d day to move. I insisted on what I had paid for.

„We have stayed at several Ritz-Carlton properties from North America to Europe and Asia, and our stay in Abu Dhabi truly stands out as exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Special thanks to Mustafa at the check-in desk — he was extremely attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to highlight Mostafa, the Travel Consultant, who immediately organized museum tickets for us — truly remarkable service! And Yasin from the Concierge team provided ...

„Great clean rooms and comfortable beds “

„Tolles Service, kompetente Mitarbeiter, rasche Erledigung aller Anfragen, gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
