„Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun.
A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused.
I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.“

The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room.
