"The place is huge so you have to call a ride with one of their carts or taking a 5 minute stroll, especially from the deluxe rooms to the reception, for instance. The breakfast offers everything except meat and fish. the 3 swimming pools are well kept, and the one with the bar is huge! There is also a mini zoo! The food options for lunch and dinner are plenty, and very good. No need to go outside for a good bite. There are also small shops and some entertaiment shows to enjoy. NOTE: they don't allow calling a uber, so you should either go for a taxi or indrive."

"This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again."
