Villa Caterina is situated on a rock and surrounded by extensive countryside. Wooden ceilings, stone walls and antique Sicilian decorations define the character of this impressive villa.

The villa consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room features a large sofa and a 65-inch television, perfect for spending time together. Wide doors open onto the villa’s terrace, where you will feel suspended in the sky, with a sweeping view of the sea and the surrounding hills — an ideal setting for family breakfasts and lunches.

On the opposite side of the villa, there is a covered veranda with views, several gazebos and various areas for relaxation. By going up the stairs, you reach the 12-metre swimming pool, fully equipped with sun loungers that offer an excellent place to cool off. In the same area, a large gazebo and dining table create the perfect atmosphere for meals accompanied by the sounds of nature.

The bedrooms are all very spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi and internet are available throughout the villa. The property also offers charging stations for electric vehicles.

Villa Caterina is located in the municipality of Acquedolci, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. We are inside the Nebrodi Park, where numerous hiking routes are available. The villa lies along the northern coast of Sicily, with private boats nearby that can be used for excursions to the Aeolian Islands. The surrounding area includes the towns of Cefalù, Capo d’Orlando, Tindari and the entire western coastline.
