„Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel! Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht gelüftet, auch während des Aufenthalts war immer alles verschlossen, sogar die Jalousien. Ich finde es sehr schade das es am Frühstücksbuffette nicht ein Stück frisches Brot gibt, in einer Zone die so gutes Brot hat, dass es in ganz Italien verkauft wird! „The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. The cons of the hotel: The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . „We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. “

„Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok.
