„I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused ...

„The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. „Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo. It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel. I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening. A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad, ...
