„The hotel is overpriced compared to the service. The AC was leaking water into the room. The staff felt that this was not a big deal and they called someone to repair. This was really dangerous because it was leaking above an electric fridge and by the time i relised it a lot of water had accumulated already. The restaurant was not very good. „Standard business hotel. Breakfast was underwhelming. It didn’t appear that items were refreshed. It looked as if they stayed there for the duration of the 4 hour breakfast window. Otherwise, everything else including cleanliness and the staff were great“

„I am a big IBIS fan, because you get food value for your money. But this one is an overpriced dump. Go to any IBIS in Europe, pay less and enjoy a clean room. The best part was the food area. The buffet had a good selection. The rest was disappointing, esp. the small window on the room. But to be fair, I haven't checked out other Hotels in Abidjan, but compared to European standards, it was more than disappointing.“
