„The hotel is not exactly new but it is fine for the prices charged. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“

„De reviews over dit hotel beloofden niet veel goeds. Ik zou hier niet beland zijn als er in andere hotels nog kamers vrij waren geweest. Het hotel is in slechte staat en behoeft een grondige renovatie (het pand is prachtig). De kamer was op zich schoon, maar oude meuk ziet er ook schoon smoezelig uit. Het hoofdkussen: de hoes was schoon maar het kussen was ronduit smerig. Gelukkig was er een tweede kussen. Die was acceptabel. In de listing werd er aangegeven dat er een fõhn, waterkoker, ...

„We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. “
